Pre-heat a fan oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a large loaf tin. Roughly mash the bananas and then add all ingredients to a stand-mixer bowl and beat on a medium speed for two-to-three minutes. Empty into the pre-greased loaf tin and bake for between 55 minutes and one hour until risen, golden brown, and a skewer comes out clean when the centre of the loaf is skewered.
